Prenatal Support:

Initial Consultation (Free): A complimentary consultation to discuss your needs, preferences, and birth plan, and to see if we’re a good fit.
Two Prenatal Visits: In-depth visits to discuss your birth plan, address any concerns, and provide education on childbirth, pain management techniques, and newborn care.
Unlimited Email and Phone Support: Ongoing support via phone and email to answer questions, provide resources, and offer reassurance throughout your pregnancy.

Labor and Birth Support:

On-Call Availability: 24/7 on-call availability starting at 38 weeks until birth, ensuring that I am ready to join you as labor begins.
Continuous Labor Support: Physical, emotional, and informational support throughout your labor and delivery, including comfort measures, pain management techniques, and advocacy for your birth preferences.
Birth Photography (Optional): Capturing those precious first moments with your baby, if desired.

Immediate Postpartum Support:

Initial Postpartum Care: Assistance with breastfeeding, newborn care, and ensuring you are comfortable and settled immediately after birth.
One Postpartum Visit: A home visit within the first week postpartum to check on your well-being, provide breastfeeding support, and answer any questions about newborn care and postpartum recovery.

Additional Resources:

Access to Resource Library: A collection of trusted resources, including books, articles, and videos on pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care.
Referral Network: Referrals to other professionals such as lactation consultants, pediatricians, Physical therapists, acupuncturists, and support groups as needed.
